"By Far the worse office I’ve had to deal with- bought my house approximately 4 yrs ago switched from a renters policy to a homeowners policy approx. 4 yrs ago- canceled my auto insurance 6 months ago ( rates related)- just recently canceled my H.O. Policy awaiting a check to place back in to my escrow acct. told today that they kept my previous address as the mailing address and have sent the check their and my only option was to contact the post office to have it forwarded to my current. Everything was switched to my current address as it should have been- but the office negligently didn’t switch my mailing address. All I have left with SF is life insurance policies and I am currently checking to see if I can get those placed at a different office. Crazy"
